Partner-User Coin Redemption

This endpoint enables partners to credit coins to users within the partner application

Response

Always HTTP 200 once accepted. Check data.state:

• succeeded — settled within the short wait; data.coinsLedger shows the user’s wallet movement (debitOrCredit: "CR").
• processing — accepted and will settle; poll Get Transfer Status with the same reference. Do not resend with a new reference — that would credit the user twice.

Terminal failures (insufficient partner coins, unknown wallet, reference conflict) are returned with a 4xx status.
